The hotel was perfectly clean and we had a good quality room. Attentive and really helpful staff members provided a few recommendations. We truly enjoyed rooms with comfortable beds. The venue had an ideal location a short walk to St Mary's Wollaton Park.

Cosy room, a shower, a hairdryer and complimentary toiletries in the room. The view was pleasant of the lake. The location was incredible and stunning for first time visitors to Nottingham. Local fast food option Padrino's Fast Food was 15 minutes walk away.

The Standard King Room boasts excellent heating. The location offers a fair share of dog-friendly guests.
Parking can be a hassle, especially with conferences taking up spaces. Though the surfaces in the room were clean, chairs had noticeable stains that could use a refresh. Paying a supplement of £30 per night for a dog felt a bit steep, and the unwelcoming demeanor at reception could use a bit more warmth.

Spacious lounge area, close proximity to university, bar snacks available
Inconsistent shower functionality, insufficient lighting in bathrooms, poor room maintenance!!! The old building vibe is palpable, especially with those uncomfortable beds on wheels!!!

We were greeted warmly and surprised with room upgrades. The double room offered fine views of the lake and geese outside. The location is ideal, just a short walk to the city center. I was really impressed by the housekeeping team. The rooms are always immaculate and super clean.

We loved how close we were to Wollaton Hall and enjoyed the breakfast spread. The super nice team.
The only downside was that the room was pretty warm, and we could only crack the window a bit. It could use better ventilation.
